COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
1. Returns – Withdrawal from the Contract
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, a Customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an unambiguous statement to the Seller (e.g., by e-mail to kontakt@skaterkids.pl) or use the withdrawal form template available in the store’s Terms and Conditions.
The goods must be returned without delay, no later than 14 days from informing the Seller of the withdrawal, to the following address:

The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the day the returned goods or proof of shipment is received, using the same payment method used by the Customer unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different method.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases indicated in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act (e.g., items made to the Customer’s specifications).
2. Complaints – Warranty
The Seller is liable to the Customer for physical or legal defects of the goods under the provisions of the Civil Code (Articles 556 and following).

A complaint should include:

Customer’s details (name, address, e-mail),

a description of the defect and the date it was discovered,

the Customer’s request (e.g., replacement, repair, price reduction, withdrawal from contract),
-
proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, invoice, bank transfer confirmation).
The Customer bears the cost of sending the defective product back to the Seller.
If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will refund the Customer the cost of returning the product, corresponding to the cheapest available delivery option offered in the store.
The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days from its receipt. Failure to respond within this period means the complaint is deemed accepted.
