delivery address

tax identification number (NIP), if an invoice is requested

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for placing and fulfilling an order.

InPost courier service, for delivery of the order,
the entity processing payments,

Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to fulfill the contract and for the period required by law, including accounting regulations (5 years from the end of the tax year).

After this period, the data will be deleted or anonymized.

restrict processing,
object to processing,
transfer data,
lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
