TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE

1. General Provisions

The online store operating at skater-kids.com is managed by:

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, making payments, delivery of goods, withdrawal from the contract, and complaints procedures.

The store sells products exclusively within the territory of Poland.

All prices displayed in the store are in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.

There is no minimum order value.

The Customer is required to read these Terms and Conditions before placing an order. Placing an order is equivalent to accepting the Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

Seller – DUMBO.PL Sp. z o.o., details as listed in section 1.

Customer – a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person, or an organizational unit placing an order.

Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.

Product – a movable item offered for sale in the store.

Order – a Customer's declaration of intent to conclude a sales contract.

3. Placing Orders

Purchases may be made without creating an account.

The Customer places an order via the form available on the store’s website.

A condition for processing the order is providing valid contact and address details.

After placing the order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming its receipt.

Clicking the “Order and Pay” button constitutes an obligation to pay.

4. Payments

The store accepts payment exclusively by bank transfer to the Seller’s account.

Payment details are provided in the order confirmation e-mail.

The order will be processed after the payment is credited to the Seller’s bank account.

5. Delivery

Delivery is carried out exclusively within Poland via InPost Parcel Lockers (Paczkomaty).

The delivery cost is shown during checkout and is covered by the Customer.

Orders are dispatched only on business days, within up to 5 business days after payment is received.

6. Right of Withdrawal

A Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer may use the form template (Appendix No. 1), although this is not mandatory.

The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

The goods must be returned to:

The refund will be issued within 14 days from the day of receiving the returned goods or proof of their dispatch.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified in Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.

7. Complaints

The Seller is liable to the Consumer for defects in the goods based on statutory warranty provisions (Articles 556 and subsequent of the Civil Code).

A complaint may be submitted via e-mail to kontakt@skaterkids.pl or in writing to:

A complaint should include: Customer’s details, description of the defect, date of its detection, and the Customer’s request.

The Customer covers the cost of shipping the complained Product to the Seller.
If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will refund the shipping cost corresponding to the cheapest available delivery option in the store.

The refund will be made by bank transfer to the account provided by the Customer within 14 days from positive complaint resolution.

The Seller shall review the complaint within 14 days from receipt. Lack of response within this timeframe means the complaint is accepted.

8. Personal Data

The administrator of personal data is DUMBO.PL Sp. z o.o.

Customer data is processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment.

Detailed information can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the store’s website.

9. Final Provisions

In matters not regulated in these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.

The Terms and Conditions are available on the store’s website in a format that allows saving and printing.

The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. Orders placed before the amendments will be processed under the version applicable at the time of placing the order.
